Peter Paul Electronics works diligently to provide our customers with exceptional Valves at the lowest reasonable prices.  Over the past 65+ years, we have earned and are grateful for the customer relationships we have built.  We are grateful for our many customer relationships and the success we have had together.

We continue to invest significant resources in development of proprietary production processes and equipment upgrades to improve the quality and production efficiency of our products. While our commitment to providing the best quality product and service in our industry has not changed, the cost of maintaining this level of commitment has increased beyond our immediate control.  Many businesses, including Peter Paul, have experienced increased energy, regulatory, insurance, manufacturing and freight costs.  In addition to the increases we have received on raw materials such as Magnet Wire, magnetic grade stainless steel and plating services.   In the past 3 years, we were able to absorb these increases through efficiency and productivity improvements.  Although we continually make an effort to improve throughput to eliminate cost increases, we regret to inform you that recent increases in the items mentioned above have left us with no alternative but to pass along a general price increase of 5%, effective May 10, 2015.

Existing orders will be shipped at the acknowledged price. New orders with requested ship dates prior to May 10, 2015 that cannot ship as requested will be entered and acknowledged at current pricing to be shipped as close to the 10 May, 2015 date as possible.

New Orders and blanket orders with requested and scheduled due dates after May 10, 2015 will be acknowledged with new pricing.

我们为了持续提高产品质量和生产效率，满足我们为客户提供最优质的产品和服务承诺，我们将不断地投资于改进生产过程工艺和设备，但要保持持续这样的承诺需要不断地增加管理成本；这些增加的成本已经超出我们所能控制的范围，包括能源、监管、保险、制造和运输成本，当然主要是因为我们收到了原材料供应商的提价通知，如：电磁线、磁力级不锈钢、电镀服务供应商方面的提价。在过去的3年中，我们能够通过提高效率和生产量来抵消这方面的成本增加。虽然我们不断地做出努力，以确保不增加客户方面的成本，但我们今天很遗憾地通知您；最近大幅增加的成本都让我们很无力的吸收和消化到我们管理方法上来，所以我们很无奈地将提高5%的价格确保我们的正常运营。

 Peterpaul所有产品的单价都将提高5%，调价生效日期为：2015年5月10日起。
